Straight answers
The things people ask before their first order.
How do I know this is not a scam?
You do not, not from a website. Anyone can write the word trusted on a page. What you can check: over 100 vouches in our server going back through every order, and the item shown to you in the inventory it is leaving before you pay. Ask us for both. A shop that will not do either is telling you something.
Can I get banned for buying items with real money?
Roblox does not allow buying in-game items with real money, so there is some risk, and any shop that promises you zero risk is not being straight with you. What we can promise: the trade happens in game like any other player trade, and we never ask for your password or your account.
How does delivery actually work?
You join the server and tell us the item. We confirm the price and show you the item itself. Then it is one normal in-game trade, just you and us, and it is yours. Nothing gets installed and nothing touches your login.
How long does it take?
Most orders finish in minutes once we are both online. The honest part: we sleep. If you message at four in the morning our time, you are waiting until we are up, and we will say so instead of leaving you guessing.
What if the item is not what I asked for?
Check the trade window before you accept it. Both sides are visible there and nothing is final until you press accept, so a wrong item never has to go through in the first place. If something is still off afterwards, say so in the server and we sort it.
Do you buy items too?
Yes. Bring the item to the same server and we will quote it. Same rule in reverse: one number, and it does not move.
